stencil me in

These stencils have been popping up on the Pulaski Bridge lately. I'm guessing they're commissioned because I've seen the guy spray painting them in the middle of the day surrounded by traffic cones. I just tried to look up who is behind them, but all I found was an angry blogger calling them "yuppie graffiti." Call me a yuppie, but I don't mind them so much:
